Persistent strategist
Beate Hanika’s enthusiasm for Industrial Property Law and the “Trademarks and Design World” was awakened as early as 1998 in a German patent law firm in Nuremberg. This laid the foundation for the many years of experience she now has in IP Rights, including copyright and domain law as well as Competition Law. After working for more than 20 years in a law firm specializing in Industrial Property Law in Munich, she has been advising clients of various Industries (IT, crafts, NGOs, artists and many more) and sizes at Keller Schneider since 2021. It is precisely the versatility and dealing with the different needs of companies or individuals that characterize the joy of the profession in addition to the legal interests.
