Strategic conductor

Classical music and jazz are two of Philipp Rüfenacht’s great musical passions; he plays the horn, clarinet and bass clarinet in various ensembles. He is fascinated by the interplay of many individual voices, which ultimately result in a great work that creates enthusiasm. As the owner of Keller & Partner, he knows that the joint work of many people on a project often resembles a symphony, in which the brilliance of the individual employees is important on the one hand – but on the other hand it always depends on everyone playing together.
