Argumentative rhetorician

As a Patent Attorney, Franz Möltgen loves building up arguments, discussing them with his counterparts, convincing them and ultimately winning them over to his own idea. The good ideas for argumentation chains and patent strategies also come to him in the peace and quiet outside of work, for example when hiking in nature. Winning is simply fun and a great motivation for the mechanical engineering graduate. Whether it’s the successful Application for a Patents or a successful strategy in Patent Infringement Proceedings – as a Patent Attorney you always experience small victories.
