As a physicist, Werner Roshardt has always been fascinated by the new and loves the challenge that comes with it. He systematically scrutinizes the seemingly obvious and in this way gets something out of even critical cases. From his 30 years of experience as a Patent Attorney before the European Patent Office and the other most important patent offices worldwide, he knows the critical points and can lead cases to success. He also has particular expertise in Designs and Trademark Law and License Agreements. He uses his training in negotiation skills to resolve conflicts out-of-court. When advising clients, he attaches great importance to comprehensive and situation-specific IP strategies.
